Safety circlip for the HOPE Tech 3 lever pin. This circlip prevents the HOPE Tech 3 lever pin that connects the end lever to the brake lever body from popping out. The circlip can be put on and taken off by pulling it slightly apart with a pair of cotter pin pliers.
