The MAGURA MDR-S brake disc is designed for MAGURA brakes and the most demanding applications such as enduro, downhill, and especially e-bikes. We offer this disc in diameters of 180mm and 203mm. The increased thickness of the disc to 2.0mm gives it a large mass of metal, which dissipates heat better. Thanks to the thicker wall of the disc, high temperature and braking stability have been achieved even during long braking and under high and prolonged loads, such as on e-bikes. Special grooving of the braking surface also reduces noise and vibration during braking and even the bedding-in time of the pads, which is now much shorter. This is a one-piece disc that can be mounted on any hub with a standard 6-bolt mounting.

This brake disc is available in 180mm, 203mm. Increased disc thickness, which gives the disc a greater mass of metal that dissipates heat better. Thanks to the thicker disc wall, high thermal and thus braking stability has been achieved even during long braking and under high and prolonged loads such as electric bikes. The special grooving of the braking surface also reduces noise and vibration during braking and even the pad run-in time and the so-called bed-in process, which is now much shorter. This is a one-piece disc that can be mounted on any hub with a standard 6-bolt mounting.
Weights listed below are exclusive of the 6 steel hub mounting screws included with the reel. These 6 screws weigh an additional 15g.
The maximum tightening torque of the hub mounting screws supplied with the disc is 4Nm - do not exceed the maximum tightening torque!
