The HOPE Tech 4 Tech 4 EVO TR4 brake series is designed primarily for demanding Cross-Country, All-Mountain, Trail, and light Enduro. The brake is manufactured on CNC machines in Barnoldswick, England, where HOPE is based and manufactures all of its components. The brake features an Tech 4 EVO brake lever, which is the successor to the Tech 4 lever. The HOPE Tech 4 EVO lever has been redesigned on the piston side, the bleed port on the lever body, and the end lever, which offers various shape and performance options. Compared to the E4 version, the HOPE TR4 brake caliper model has enlarged pistons of 2x16mm and 2x17mm - i.e., there was a 6.5% increase in area, which gives the brake high braking performance that can easily handle any situation during any descent, trail, or situation! The brake caliper is smaller than the E4, so it fits better into frames with less space. The caliper can accommodate brake discs up to 2.3mm thick.
