This Captive Nut can also be found in the package of the adapter for attaching SRAM Matchmaker shifters to the HOPE. The Captive Nut is made of aluminum alloy and is placed on the inside of the HOPE Tech 4 brake lever handlebar clamp. Inside, there is a metric thread for a screw that is used to tighten the shift adapter and secure it in the desired position on the lever. The Captive Nut is only available in black.
