Brake adapter from MAGURA, model QM 45 G. The QM 45 G adapter is designed for PM mounting on the frame/fork or brake caliper. With this adapter, you can increase the disc diameter by +40 mm. This means that if you have a fork or frame with a 140 mm disc mount without an adapter, you can use a 180 mm disc. In the case of a 160 mm mount without an adapter, you can increase the disc diameter to 2020 mm. If you have a 180 mm mount without an adapter, you can increase the disc diameter to 220 mm. The MAGURA adapter is made of aluminum alloy and comes with M6 screws for mounting on the frame or fork.
